Candidates can apply for open positions through our website or job postings. Once an application is received, our recruitment team reviews it to ensure alignment with the role’s requirements.

Qualified candidates will receive an invitation to complete a one-way video interview via Spark Hire. This step allows candidates to record responses to a set of pre-determined interview questions at their convenience.

How It Works:

• Candidates receive an email with a link to the Spark Hire platform.
• They review the provided questions and record their responses using a webcam or mobile device.
• Candidates have the option to practice before submitting final responses.
• The interview must be completed by the specified deadline.

Our hiring team carefully evaluates the recorded interviews and shortlists candidates who best align with the role requirements.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a live virtual interview with our hiring managers and/or team members. This interview provides an opportunity for a deeper discussion about the role, company culture, and candidate experience.

Successful candidates will receive a formal offer, followed by onboarding details. We ensure a smooth transition into the Mfinite Consulting team..
