Qualified candidates will receive an invitation to complete a one-way video interview via Spark Hire. This step allows candidates to record responses to a set of pre-determined interview questions at their convenience.

How It Works:

• Candidates receive an email with a link to the Spark Hire platform.
• They review the provided questions and record their responses using a webcam or mobile device.
• Candidates have the option to practice before submitting final responses.
• The interview must be completed by the specified deadline.
